Attention!
Shoot pricing does not include make up artist and/or wardrobe unless otherwise indicated.
All images acquired during photo shoots will become property of RichardFlood's Stock Photography Gallery.
All models must sign a model release at the time of shoot.
All shoots require a one week processing time from date of completion of shooting for CD-ROM or printing. (Does not include shipping/delivery time)

Deposit
At least a 50% deposit is required prior to booking a specific shoot date. The remaining balance is due upon arrival the day of the shoot. Without a paid deposit, your time slot is not guaranteed. The deposit is non-refundable and will apply to a subsequent make-up date if the missed appointment is due to negligence on my part.

TFCD Fee
A new term for the new digital age... TCFD stands for Time For CD-ROM. As the digital age takes its foothold in the fashion biz, I will require a $50 TFCD fee for all TFCD shoots, which includes the CD-ROM of the logo-free images in exchange for Black Men Swimsuit Extra (SSX), MAXIM and FHM-style shots. Including bikinis, lingerie and implied nude. I'll release your images to you with limited copyrights, to be used for promotional, comp card or portfolio use only. TFCD images cannot be sold or used by the model for bartering without compensation.

TFP/TFCD Disclaimer:
Models are selected for TFP/TFCD shoots based on preference or need. I reserve the right to refuse any model a TFP/TFCD shoot for any reason.

Business Contracts
I prefer to draw up a contract outlining what is expected of both parties during our business transaction. The contract will summarize the terms negotiated via phone, email or in person, and what each party expects of the other. The contract will also outline payment terms, including amounts and due dates. The document will serve as a point of reference should any dispute arise in the future. Cash and credit card receipts will also serve as documentation and proof of monetary transactions.

Model Release
For the signing of model releases, I require a copy of your government-issued photo ID and social security card. Please have them handy at the time of the shoot or at the time of signing. I must have legible copies for my records. Minors (models under the age of 18), must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the model release. These documents are vital in this industry and are important to cover my back in case any legal issues arise in the future. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
